Global Reach Staffing Solutions is actively seeking skilled GRP Laminators to join our dynamic team, collaborating on a diverse range of projects. As a key team member, you will be responsible for translating technical production designs into high-quality laminated products.
Key Responsibilities:
Mould Preparation: Proficiently prepare moulds for the lamination process.
Technical Understanding: Read and comprehend design specifications to ensure accurate execution of laminating tasks.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize a variety of hand tools effectively to meet job requirements.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to identify and rectify defects, ensuring adherence to stringent standards.
Pattern and Jig Control: Manage and control the use of patterns and jigs for precise lamination.
Material Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in working with a diverse range of materials, including CSM and cloths in both dry and pre-preg formats.
To qualify for this position, candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in industries such as Marine, Automotive, Aerospace, or other high-end fields with similar requirements.
