• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a fully skilled boat builder is essential for this role.

• Quality Focus: Our client is not a mass production line manufacturer; thus, a commitment to maintaining a high standard of work is imperative.

• CAD Proficiency: The ability to work from intricate CAD drawings is a key requirement, as you'll be an integral part of a team constructing a series of bespoke boats.

• Team Collaboration: As part of a collaborative team, your contribution will be instrumental in delivering exceptional, tailor-made boat projects.

• Not Laminating: This is not a laminating role; candidates must be fully skilled boat builders.

Compensation:

• This role offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £25ph.
