Customer Service Advisor

Global Reach Staffing Solutions are looking for a Professional customer service advisor with the following attributes

Responsibilities:

Receive in-coming calls

Input data to our online system Ensure all relevant information is captured and updated on the system for each customer Liaise with 3rd parties in relation to resolving queries quickly

Experience & Skills:

An ability to stay calm, confident and focussed while handling incoming calls The ability to reassure others and display high levels of empathy Previous experience of working in customer service Competent at using complex computer systems (training for their system fully provided) Able to understand and process information quickly High levels of attention to detail
